About this lock
Walk up and the door opens. The Kezvion 3D face recognition lock reads your face in about a second, so you arrive with nothing in your hands and nothing to remember. The inside panel carries a screen with a two-way video intercom: see and talk to whoever is outside before you decide to open. Wi-Fi is built in, so the intercom, access log and remote unlocking work without a separate gateway.
Will it fit your door?
One mortise only — 6068 (60 mm backset), the usual fitting on hinged timber doors — so the question is door thickness: 40 to 90 mm. Doors of 35 mm will not take this lock; measure the door edge first (the sizing guide shows how), or send us a photo with a tape across it.
Ways to unlock
- 3D face recognition — the headline feature, about one second.
- Fingerprint — enrol one as well as your face.
- Keypad code, RFID card, Tuya app (remote, with log) and mechanical key.
Power comes from a built-in rechargeable battery rather than AA cells.
Good to know
- Face recognition is a convenience, not a guarantee: heavy rain, strong backlight or a full face covering will send you to the fingerprint reader — enrol a fingerprint at setup.
- The manufacturer publishes no weather rating for this model: fit it under a porch, eave or roof.
- The manufacturer publishes no compliance certification for this model. If you need paperwork for a landlord, a managing agent or a commercial building, ask us before you order.
- Not certified for fire doors or required exit doors.

Delivery & Shipping
Order processing — Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment clearing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery time — Allow 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. Orders ship from our warehouse in Barneveld, the Netherlands, with PostNL or DHL Express — always tracked.
Where we ship — United Kingdom
Shipping cost — Free on every lock: orders over £149 ship free. Express (3 to 5 business days) available on any order for £17.99. We ship from the Netherlands, so UK import VAT and any duty are collected by the carrier on delivery — see the shipping policy.
Returns & Refunds
Change of mind — You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused lock in its original packaging, with all accessories, cards and keys.
Your statutory rights — On top of that, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which cannot be excluded. Where the law gives you more than our 14-day policy, the law wins.
Return postage — Paid by you for a change of mind. Paid by us if the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, the wrong item, or not as described.
Refunds — To the original payment method, within 14 days of the return reaching us.
Backset CalculatorTwo questions, about a minute — find the exact mortise for your door
Two questions, about a minute. Keep a tape measure handy.

Where is this lock going?
This is a door lock. For a gate, our SL-G1 has a 34 mm panel made for narrow gate uprights and fingerprint readers on both sides.
Measure from the faceplate of your existing mortise to the centre of the square spindle hole. What does it read?
60 mm backset, 85 mm centres. This is the one most 60 mm timber doors take.
45 mm backset, 85 mm centres.
If your door slides, order the 3585 hook bolt version instead — a straight bolt will not hold on a slider.
If your door slides, order the 2885 hook bolt version instead.
A straight bolt has nothing to grip on a sliding door. Measure your backset, then order the hook bolt version of that size — 2885 hook or 3585 hook.
Measure from the faceplate to the centre of the square spindle hole. The sizing guide shows it with a diagram.

Guides and installation
Check the size, then follow the guide
One mortise, 6068, so the fitting question here is thickness rather than backset. Doors under 40 mm will not take this lock — measure the door edge before you order, because internal and some older UK doors are 35 mm.

Not sure which option you have? Send us a photo of your door edge with a tape measure across it and we will tell you which one to order.

Read this before you order
The manufacturer publishes no certification for this model. Not CE, not FCC, none. That is unusual and you should know it before spending £679.99. If you need documentation for a managing agent, an insurer or a commercial fit-out, talk to us first — we would rather tell you now than after it is on your door.
No weather rating. Fit it under an eave, a porch or a roof. A facial recognition module and a screen are not things you want taking direct rain.
Doors under 40 mm will not work. Most UK external doors are 44 mm, but internal and some older doors are 35 or 40 mm — if yours is 35 mm, this is the wrong lock. Measure the door edge before ordering.
Facial recognition is convenience, not perfection. Heavy rain, harsh backlight and a full face covering will all send you to the fingerprint reader. Every face-unlock lock on the market has the same limits.
Small-quantity line. It shows as available when we have it in Barneveld. If an order ever lands on a gap in stock, we tell you within one business day and you choose: wait for the dispatch date we quote, or cancel for a full refund. Ordering more than one? Email us first and we confirm stock before you pay.

Before you buy
Questions people ask about this lock
Fitting and measurement questions in depth live in the sizing guide. How to choose between our five types is in the buying guide.
Does the 60 mm backset mean it fits a standard UK door?
Usually, yes — a standard UK 3 in (57 mm) latch counts as 60 mm for this lock. The catch is thickness: this lock starts at 40 mm and internal or older doors are often 35 mm. Measure the edge of your door before ordering.
How fast does the face unlock work?
About a second as you walk up. That is the whole appeal — you do not stop and do anything.
Can someone open it with a photo of me?
It reads in three dimensions rather than as a flat image, which is what defeats a photograph. As with any biometric, treat it as very good rather than infallible, and keep a code as backup.
How often do I charge it?
It uses a built-in rechargeable battery and warns you well ahead. Set a reminder the first time it does.
Can I talk to someone at the door from work?
Yes — that is what the two-way intercom is for, through the app over Wi-Fi.
Is it certified for use in the UK?
The manufacturer publishes no certification for this model. If you need compliance paperwork, contact us before you order and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot supply.
