2. Scope

These terms govern every order placed through this store. Placing an order means you accept them. We may update them at any time; the version in force is the one published when you order.

3. Products

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its limits — weather rating, the door sizes it fits, whether a separate gateway is needed. Photographs are illustrative. Where a manufacturer specification and our description disagree, contact us before ordering.

Our smart locks are not certified for fire doors or required exit doors. Do not fit them to either.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping is free on orders over £149 — every lock in our range qualifies; Standard and Express rates below that are set out in our Shipping policy. We ship from the Netherlands, so UK import VAT and any customs duty are charged on delivery and are your responsibility as importer — see our Shipping policy.

5. Placing an order

Your order is confirmed when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment fails, or we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent. A cancelled paid order is refunded in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through the methods shown there. We never see or store your card details.

7. Delivery

See our Shipping policy: 1 to 3 business days processing, then 7 to 10 business days in transit, dispatched from the Netherlands. Risk passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

See our Refund policy. We offer 14 days for change of mind. You also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which that policy sets out.

9. Guarantees and warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty from delivery on every lock. It is in addition to your statutory rights, never instead of them.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, with a 30-day right to reject faulty goods and a right to repair or replacement after that.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under mandatory UK consumer law. Where we are permitted to limit liability, we limit it to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupply. We are not liable for loss caused by incorrect installation, use outside the published specifications, or fitting a lock to a door it was not sold for.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where the seller is established. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the United Kingdom.
