Kezvion sells one thing: smart door locks, described by the measurements that decide whether they fit. Every product page starts with the backset, the door thickness and the stile width — before the feature list, because a lock that does not fit is a return, not a purchase.
Why we work this way
Most smart locks that come back were simply the wrong size: a 60 mm backset ordered as 45, a 35 mm door for a lock that starts at 40. So every product page carries a Backset Calculator — two questions and it tells you which option to order, or tells you plainly that the lock is wrong for your door — plus a full specification table and the user manual as a PDF. Behind it sits a sizing guide with diagrams and a buying guide comparing the five lock types.

The United Kingdom. Prices are in pounds sterling. Shipping is free on every lock (every lock in our range is above the £149 free-shipping threshold); an Express option is available on every order.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Because we ship from the Netherlands, UK import VAT and any duty are collected by the carrier on delivery — they are set by HMRC and explained in our shipping policy.
Returns and warranty
14 days from delivery to change your mind on an unused lock in its original packaging; faulty items are returned at our cost. Every lock carries a 12-month warranty in addition to your statutory rights. The full terms are in the refund policy and the FAQ.
What we do not sell
Nothing in our range is certified for fire doors or required exit doors, and we do not claim compliance marks we cannot document: where a manufacturer states CE, FCC or RoHS marking, our product pages say so and note that documentation is being verified. If you need paperwork for a landlord, an insurer or a commercial fit-out, ask before you order.
